"We had a pleasant two nights at The Kings Arms Inn, which is situated in a charming medieval village on the outskirts of Yeovil. The Inn is nicely medieval too with plenty of character. The room was very clean but we were disappointed that the room wasn't larger, as we understood it was bigger than the room we had last year, when we brought our dog. "Well located with free parking so didn't need to use the car at all during our stay. Everything we wanted to do and see was within walking distance. The place needs refurbishment throughout the stairways and in particular, the bathroom of room 10"

"NEVER STAY IN THIS HELL HOLE. even the welcome mat had a 3 foot hole in it lol the room was old, ripped wall paper, many things was broken, the furniture was old and broken. most and I think illegal, due to fire regulations was the windows was restricted to opening 3 inches, with blocks and screws, we would have had no fire escape if the fire was on our 2nd floor landing, We had no sleep in the two nights stay as it was over 40 degrees in the room with no air paint flaking off radiators,...

"The tv in the room didn’t work and the room was very hot, but the helpfulness of the staff with a different issue more than made up for it! The room was spacious and clean, and the very reasonably priced vending machine in the corridor was useful given there are no other food options at the hotel. The location is central with a big car park nearby, just make sure to pre-book taxis if you need one."

"Vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Prima voor een overnachting. Tijdens ons verblijf zijn de matrassen vernieuwd. Dat wat wel nodig. De keuken was niet open zodat we naar een ander restaurant moesten uitwijken. Het groene licht was s’nachts irritant. Ontbijt was eenvoudig en goed."

"Good location for strolling around Langport with its cafes,independent shops , gardens and river walks . The library is very close with an outdoors area . We had a room in the courtyard , good in the heatwave . Sometimes had to park further away in town car park ..still free ,though in autumn 2026 may have to pay . Staff helpful ."
