"Overall, our 4night stay was acceptable. The shuttle was handy bc the hotel is close to NOTHING. Breakfast (for purchase), was good but not open on Monday & Tuesday. The staff was friendly but offered no suggestions on where to eat close by. Checking out, although it seemed they understood we wanted the bill split between the two of us, after we got home the entire amount showed up again on one card & was nearly impossible to get straightened out."

"We always stay here when we are in Portland visiting family. A friendly welcoming and fun place. Great bar, the bartender remembered me from 6 months ago. Great breakfast. Don’t miss the chef made omelettes, wow delicious. The lobby is comfortable and a great place to hang out."

"If you've stayed in OOB before you know that most of the hotels are kinda dumpy and small. No hate, that's just how it is there unless you spend big money. I was happy with our stay at the Grand Beach Inn. The suite was a good size and had full size kitchen appliances. The price was extremely fair. The pool was nicely maintained and the live music at the restaurant on site was a nice bonus. There was a fair amount of sand on the floor of our room when we arrived but the staff was very apologetic and it was taken care of."
