"It was lovely, clean and very friendly staff!"

"I was especially impressed by the welcoming staff, who were able to assist with needed and made us feel very welcome. Room was decent size, excellent aircon and WiFi (not a given on my trip). The shower was powerful and the hotel was immaculately clean. Breakfast was varied and tasty. A very pleasant stay."

"Friendly staff. More improvement needed."

"Great for the price. Clean, good location, quiet at night. There is construction next door but if you're out in the daytime it doesn't matter. WiFi is good. Good communication from the owner. We'd stay again."

"The hotel is well situated for exploring the town and beach. The staff were helpful and the roof terrace is a lovely place to have breakfast. As the rooms are internally facing, it's noisy. The breakfast was OK, the lighting in the room (as seems to be always the way) was very poor and the towels were grey and scruffy."

"Riad propre, bien tenu, au coeur de la Médina et non loin de la plage et du port. Personnel très accueillant. Les petits plats de Kadidja sont excellents et équilibrés. La bonne humeur et la bienveillance de Mohamed ont également été très appréciés. Merci à Éric, le gérant pour sa gentillesse et a toute l'équipe du Riad. Isabelle"

"Very clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect."

"Nice design Medina riad . Does not have air conditioning, no elevator, not recommended for people with knee problems as we were on the third level. We were reading wonderful reviews about the place and the staff but we found them rather inflexible with any requests. Bed was comfortable but no place to open the suitcases. Breakfast was very good the first day but the second (last day) as they start serving it at 9 we had to skip it."

"Ottimo Riad nella Medina, posizione comodissima x visitarla e di grande fascino Personale gentilissimo"

"Great location. Very helpful. Just renovated."

"We enjoyed the place so much we extended our stay. Initially the parking dilemma made us sceptical because it was quite a distance from the accommodation and required parking costs and porterage costs that we weren't told about. Eventually we booked in and couldn't fault the place and its authentic location."

"Love this place"

"Simply amazing. Communication, personal touch, breakfast everything I can think of was top notch. Fatiha was a star. The lady at breakfast (sorry didn't catch her name) so friendly. The rooms was perfect and loved the terrace for a chill out zone to read or do a little workout. The only negative was we had to leave. Thanks to all the staff."

"Super emplacement Super accueil"

"Un séjour parfait du début à la fin ! Une rue en pleine médina mais pourtant au calme, des chambres bien décorées, une literie impeccable, le petit déjeuner délicieux de Soukeyna et tout ce qu on attend d un Riad. Francis et Samira sont des hôtes attentionnés et soucieux du bien-être de leurs convives. Merci encore à eux pour les moments partagés."

"We stayed in room 3. Sadly, the bathroom emits a horrible sewage odor from the drains. The odor is so strong it made us gag—the smell of sewage is disgusting. In order to enjoy the room, the windows need to be left open, which is fine during the day, but not at night when trying to sleep. On mentioning the issue to the staff, little was done to resolve the issue. We also asked to move to another room and the request was not fulfilled. At the very least we should have been credited back part...
