"The room was very comfortable and clean. The manager that was on site was not helpful. She did not know where the ice machine was, we locked ourselves out of our room and there was no one on site with a master key. Someone had to go to the Pelham main property to get us a key to let us in our room. Also, We had brought our own martini glasses and they were taken out of our room by housekeeping. These were four new glasses that I had bought specifically for our trip and we did not get them back....

"Very interesting place. The location was exceptional with Nauset Beach within walking distance along with Pricilla Landing. Room was nice, however, a dormer took up half of it which made that part of the room unusable except for a TV. I did not have my own bathroom, bath towels were not replaced and it also wasn’t cleaned. I did receive one set of towels if I put used ones out. "The property is only a few minutes’ walk from the beach, which is a great convenience. However, the beds are very uncomfortable and quite hard to sleep on. They are in need of an upgrade. I have been staying here for many years, and the rooms appear to be the same without any significant improvements. I hope the property considers updating the beds and making some room upgrades to improve the overall guest experience."
