"We loved staying here. Everything is pristine and clean. The breakfast was delicious - the blueberry pancakes likely the best I’ve had in my life. Very walkable to everything on Main Street. Easy to drive to other beaches further up north. The staff are professional and attentive - what a pleasure."

"My wife and I stayed in the Balcony Queen. The check in/out process was very simple. The room was quaint and we were pretty comfortable. I liked the balcony space to relax and use as an extra space if I didn't want to stay inside. The bathroom could use with some modern touches but it had plenty of room. "10-15 minute walk to town. Extremely clean and updated. Rooms were spacious. Nice grounds and pool area. Only complaint is the ice machine was completely empty. Otherwise, a great stay."

"We loved our stay at Surfside Inn, and look forward to visiting again soon. Laura was delightful and very helpful. In addition, it is the perfect place to stay. It's location is perfect, walking distance to Lighthouse Beach (I mean mere foot steps), and walking distance to downtown Chatham."

"The room was very comfortable and clean. The manager that was on site was not helpful. She did not know where the ice machine was, we locked ourselves out of our room and there was no one on site with a master key. Someone had to go to the Pelham main property to get us a key to let us in our room. Also, We had brought our own martini glasses and they were taken out of our room by housekeeping. These were four new glasses that I had bought specifically for our trip and we did not get them back....

He escorted us to our room and showed us how to key into the room with our unique door code; no room keys to lose here. The room was clean and comfortable.
