"I booked a private room assuming it was ensuite, as hostel privates often are. My mistake. My large room was quite cute and comfortable but it was quite dirty — the glass pendant lamp was coated in dust and the trash had not been emptied from the previous guests and was already overflowing. There are not sufficient bathroom facilities for the number of people and the shared bathroom is very small and tight to move around in. Would not book this place again, even though it has a good location and...

"We arrived late at 2.30am. I was travelling with my autistic child. First thing we found was an injection needle (used, you could see the blood on it). I was really in shock and informed the team via phone. He told us, it is not possible to get another room or to remove it until next morning. (My child was crying all the time). Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns auch der schöne Pool, der nach einem Tag in der Stadt eine tolle Möglichkeit zum Entspannen bietet. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre die Ausstattung der Küche: Ein paar zusätzliche Tassen sowie etwas mehr Geschirr würden den Aufenthalt noch komfortabler...
