There was a loud 'pop' sound that seemed to come from under the desk. This occurred 4-5 times during the short time that I was awake (4-5 hr). Not scary so much as startling. Otherwise. everything was great.

The toilet was not working when we arrived. They don't have maintenance onsite, therefore it took a day to have the issue resolved. The pullout couch is horrible.
