Dirty rooms , short staffed, individually owned hotel so it does not have to meet up to the standards or expectations of Wyndham hotels, à manger at the front desk informed me. Poor customer service . There was Issues with hotel phones being out of order at property so staff could not respond to customer need for shuttle service pick up from the airport I waited at tge airport for over an hour hotel I was offered a ride from another hotel shuttle service to the property . I left numerous message via email and no one from hotel responded . There is no security at the door so strangers walked in from off the street. The hotel didn’t honor water bottles being provided in room per night which was stated in amenities for my room reservation . I was offered tap water from the lobby. Short staffing, my room I requested wasn’t ready when I arrived. The first room I was given had a bad odor and second room moved to wasn’t cleaned properly. The hotel amenities are not in good conditions and door to my hotel room never closed properly and elevator wasn’t working properly. Jumping motion after arriving to and from floors. Horrible experience and never again.
