The rooms are really nice. Place was quiet. Great for a quick over night stay. Staff is nice. You can purchase hygiene products incase you forgot something.

This property gave inner city vibes. The lobby had condoms for sale promanadtly displayed. No coffee anyplace on property, no phone or alarm clock in room. Bathroom in rough shape. Very bare room with no personality. Amenities were two tiny bars of soap. My pal who stayed in another room saw a roach while he was packing to leave. It was loud with people who i think lived there. I would totally not reccomend this hotel especially for families with small children. It was clean enough, but i had cleaning wipes with me and used them

It was decent, I had no issues with anything. Staff was nice , check in was quick and easy. My TV kept getting darker and darker then bright when it thought I was ready to see😭😭😭

Heard its under new management since May, has truly raised the bar! From the moment I arrived, I noticed a positive change in service, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere. This property has great potential but it's loaded with cigarette butts, smell of marijuana and loads of vagrant people hanging out in front of the doors all night smoking and talking. It looks like a ghetto. It's obvious large people hanging out looking welfare recipient ls will scare away people. It's just a matter of time before this property gets a bad reputation. No efforts made by staff to keep the place looking clean and safe to guests!

The lady working the front desk was an absolute doll. A smile for everyone and a great attitude,the kind of rare human you can just tell lives her every day life like that. The rest of the staff were also polite and personable as well. The actual hotel was a different story though. For starters,the price I paid on Expedia for 2 nights was $50 more than if I had just paid there. Not a ding on them at all,but information to have. The floor was filthy,the tv didn’t work and the bed was essentially just a cot with 2 of the flattest pillows on planet earth. People were absolutely blasting music at full volume all night both nights I was there too.

I booked this property for my employees but due to multiple homeless people around the property, broken glass in the room and just not clean, I cancelled the reservation. I have been refused a refund because they say my employees refused to pay the $50 deposit but when we tried giving them the card info over the phone, it was refused. I did not feel safe having our employees staying there, knowing they had tools with them and hoping nothing happened. Their phones were/are down, so I couldn’t even talk to them directly. We had to submit an email and pictures asking for the refund and it was still refused.
