Second stay here within 3 months. Newly remodeled rooms are clean, comfortable, air conditioned and very spacious while bathroom is a little tight. Staff is pleasant, breakfast buffet variety average, noon check out allows time to relax and gather belongings before hitting the road.

Stayed for the weekend to visit the motor speedway. Party Hotel, loud noise coming from hallway and adjacent rooms. Only one elevator worked, second was broken. Long waits to get only working elevator. Breakfast was perfect, staff very friendly!

Staff was great, the room was clean but the bathroom needed upgrades. Room smelled like a nursing home. Had to run to Walmart and purchase plug-ins. Got a good deal for the room but would not stay there again.

The room wasn’t cleaned. The bathroom tub had a black ring around it. The shower had mold. The shower head would only work on a certain spray level. You did feel clean. The ice machine on the second floor wasn’t working.

The staff was nice. It took a long time to check in. No one at the front desk several times. The trash was not emptied in bathroom,a light was not working and the TV had to be set in the room. Most of the outlets were covered, no ventilation in the bathroom, and air pressure poor. Only one elevator working,

Disliked: Amenities
The rooms are only cleaned every two days and I was only at your hotel for 2 days so my room was NOT cleaned. I had to ask for towels AND the garbage was NOT changed the entire time I was at your hotel. The is a Hyatt hotel with just the bare bones. You could see garbage piled up in the back parking lot. The parking lot had signs that said, "park at your own risk". I was on a top floor and one of the elevators was broken the whole time I stayed the hotel. The breakfast was very good.
