"Great location for early flight. Room was clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Could check tea tray was replenished and app not very user friendly. Joined rewards membership as it said you could get a discount in the restaurant but navigating to try and get a code was impossible…otherwise a lovely stay. "

"The entire hotel is immaculate and you constantly see staff busy cleaning which is always a great sign. AC is excellent, really cools the room down. Breakfast was fantastic, absolutely delicious "

"Overall very nice, Made the error of looking for a dropped ear pod and noticed under the bed there was food, toe nails and all sorts! luckily was after a solid nights sleep. breakfast very good. Bar, staff, drinks and desserts great, Would defo re-visit next time im in town."

"Yes the internet was fast and the room was clean , the shower rims where in need of bleach ? check in and check out staff great , didn’t use the bar , breakfast a bit chaotic and kept running out of certain foods and plates "

"On arrival there was 3 members of staff on reception and I was told to use a QR code to check in. Sent to a room that hadn't been serviced and had dirty sheets on the bed and towels on the floor. The next room has stains on the bedsheets, a used cotton bud in the bathroom and receipts left on the floor from the previous occupant. I would have given the stay 1 star but the breakfast was fairly nice (though basic). This is no longer a hotel and the reviews I think are from previous management...

"Great hotel. Lovely bar to relax in. Bit pricey for food but can be expected these days. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Can easily walk to the terminal but if carrying lots of bags or with small kids just get the shuttle bus for a couple of quid. "

"We paid for an upgrade but it was a fairly standard room with a view of the car park. Having said that, the staff were very pleasant, the room was clean, bed comfortable and an excellent power shower. Buffet style breakfast was delicious with additional items freshly prepared if requested. I would happily stay again."
