"Great location!! Beautiful accommodations and wonderful staff!!"

"This is a beautiful hotel in a great location right on King street. This hotel is one of the tallest buildings in Charleston, and the view from the 6th-floor room was excellent. That said, we were in town during Halloween, and it was very loud outside until about 3am, so if you like quiet, request a room that is not facing Marion Sq. The room size was great, decorated very nicely, and has comfortable bed. The bathroom is a bit dated and small, but everything was in working order. We did not use...

"Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff.Very clean"

"If you are looking for an affordable stay in a good location I would highly recommend. No special amenities but with everything around you do not need them. Great staff."

"Fantastic hotel, one of the best family hotels we’ve ever been to. Staff very friendly, rooms and public facilities very clean. The breakfast has a great selection every day and the evening kick back with free drinks are a superb touch. Room was extremely quiet and beds comfortable. Can’t wait to return again."

"The service in the restorante was poor It was noisy in the room from outside- could not sleep"

"We've stayed at the Restoration multiple times over the past 5+ years. We love the location and the room types as they are very nicely designed and spacious. However, we have noticed over the past two stays that the rooms, specifically the bathrooms, are in much need of a remodel. We stayed in room 305 this week and the smell of mold/mildew is very strong. The shower is a mess, showerhead was leaking all around the connection point and the TVs would not connect to the streaming services...

"I choose to stay at this hotel and this location. because it is clean, well-kept, and everything I need in a hotel. On this occasion, multiple members of my family also stayed here and really loved how nice, clean, and pleasant the hotel is. I will keep choosing this hotel when I come to Charleston."

"For $700 a night, a guest should at least be able to sleep. Upon checking in, we were assigned Room 301 (located directly beneath the kitchen and breakfast area) and immediately heard loud commotion from above. We asked the front desk if the noise would be a problem during the morning breakfast rush, but they simply said "maybe" but claimed no other rooms were available to move us to. AND to call in the morning if its an issue. Sure enough, the heavy noise started incredibly early and was...

"Hotel is a little dated. Look like the weatherstripping on the door seen better days. Water pressure was great. Very convenient to VA. I definitely would stay there again."
