I first want to send you my deepest apologies for this mishap! I can imagine that it was very frightening experience!. Although, there is no excuse for that type of invasion of our privacy, I would like to say that my new desk clerk feels horrible, and is taking this mistake as a learning tool and a reminder to pay attention! Thanks for bringing this to our attention! There is always a desk clerk on site at all time she was probably doing a patrol of the hotels parking lot so sorry that you two missed each other if you would have dial 0 from hotels' phone it rings to a phone always carried by desk clerks!
