"The stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing!!! My room and the hotel's condition was extremely clean. Staff and workers were exceptionally polite and helpful. Especially one of the staff members named Wendy, who also spoke great English. She helped me by suggesting great attractions in Zhangjiajie, arranging me with tickets to each attraction with the best class, and made sure the stay, not only in the hotel but also Zhangjiajie, was absolutely phenomenal. "Before you book: if you haven't stay on a mountain hotel, and you don't know how to handle some bugs or moisture, don't book. This hotel is in the mountain, so there are bugs and moisture visible. Fungus on the shower curtain, and the hotel needs maintanance, but overall great. Chinese beds, and if you can, as almost all budget hotels, bring your own router, as wifi is low. "Lee’s is a cute and somewhat quirky (in a good way) hotel. They are very helpful with recommendations and making reservations and providing general information about activities. They also helped us book our English speaking tour guide, who was very knowledgeable. The rooms are unique. Ours had a tree in it and a painted ceiling. I would recommend friends and family to stay there."
