"Amazing service and beautiful grounds, but rooms need an update. The hotel environment is absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. "This place is great. Outside is Cape Cod worn but inside is extremely clean. Cleaner than some upscale i’ve stayed at. Front desk staff were awesome. Both shifts. Rooms and inside area were very clean. Continental Breakfast was great. All day coffee was a nice feature. Walking distance to ferry’s and downtown. Thank you Mary and Sandi. You guys were awesome!"

"Nice location and Allison the host was wonderful. It is an older house though lots of character and the room was very nice. The refrigerator needs to be replaced and the ice box was frosted over. Otherwise it was a very nice stay. "

"You are paying for the beach view. Hotel was not clean. Cleaner never came to my room and called twice. Hall ways had sand dust and filth and never cleaned it. Towels on beach a day later. Sheers in bed were dirty snd had to call to get them changed on first night. Most places in hotel were not open which was not disclosed during booking. "

"Good location in Vineyard harbor from the ferry. Very walkable. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms are not fancy but work. Nice beachfront area looking out at the harbor."

"The rooms were very clean.Staff were very nice especially Eric. Housekeeping never showed up to make up room when requested but everythng else was fine. Great spot surrounded by everything you would need or want!"

"We were not taken care of vis-a-vis check-in. We had to track down the maid to get some answers. We had to get a key from a neighboring restaurant. We tried to call the front desk, we tried to text and ask for the key code to get into our room and nobody ever responded not even after we checked out. Thank God for the maid Susan. The room was shabby: carpet stained, old sink in bathroom weird old shower head. No office to get ice. Still no contact from office. Very unprofessional."
