"The rooms were ok pretty clean but for being so new already had grout missing in the tile. If you are staying for a rugby match 10/10 on location. If there for the city and you do not have a car it is not an ideal location. Luckily we had a rental car so it was perfect for us."

"Perfekt in der Altstadt von Lyon gelegenes Hotel. Ein wunderschönes Haus mit Geschichte. Der Knüller ist natürlich der Pool-Bereich, der sich zwischen grottenartigen Mauern durchzieht. Ein Traum!
Das Frühstück ist, einschließlich glutenfrei, sehr, sehr gut; hier wie im gesamten Hotel ist das außerordentlich hilfreiche Personal hervorzuheben.
Wir hatten drei Zimmer der selben Kategorie, die über drei Stockwerke verteilt sehr unterschiedlich waren. Alle sehr schön und edel eingerichtet....

"What amazing people work at the Mercure Hotel in Lyon, France. My husband and I stayed there while traveling, and during our trip we were carrying 300 euros between us. I kept 100 euros in large bills separate from another 50 euros in small bills for tips. At some point, I realized the larger bills were missing, but I had no idea where or when I had lost them, so I just let my husband handle the tipping afterward.

"L'hébergement est pratique, spacieux et très bien situé avec un accès facile aux transports en commun et aux différents sites stratégiques de Lyon. Le personnel est sympathique et accessible. Bref un endroit idéal pour bien profiter des atouts de la ville."

"The hotel communal areas are nice and stylish, the restaurant is good and there is the advantage of a pool. Very disappointed with the room which was apparently an executive double, however very basic. Literally a tiny space for clothes and you could not walk around the sofa bed without going sideways. There were 2 of us here for 4 nights and we really struggled with space. Would be fine for an overnight stay but not a trip of any more length."
