The staff is accommodating and helpful. If you have Hilton rewards I highly recommend this hotel. It is up there as one of my favorite hotels in the area of Bogota airport. Always a positive experience.

The room was clean. There was nothing beyond average for the room. My problem was with the staff not too much. The reception reception was wonderful however with the restaurant staff and room service if your VIP and you are entitled to the 20% discount they send you from their register to the reception ...
