After all the trouble, we did not get the correct type of room but the next day, they switched to the type of the room we needed and it was perfect. They were so friendly and willing to help that it made our stay special. "

"This hotel had the perfect location for my purposes. The room and bathroom was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The staff was short tempered, and did not give clear directions. At first they forgot to give me the key, so I didn't know my room number. Then, they told me to go park in the garage, under the hotel. It looked like you were heading into a garbage dump. Then, the directions for using the garage code was not clear. However, it all worked out well in the end. I will stay there happily next year now that I understand the set up."
