Endroit juste incroyable !! Tout est parfait dans ce logement et tout est beau et bien pensé !! Le petit jacuzzi est top et très romantique. Il manquait juste quelques degrés en cette période de mai mais ça va. De plus l’emplacement est tout proche de tout c’était parfait !

My mother and I stayed here from June 22 to June 30, and we had such a wonderful time. Argiro, the host, is an incredibly kind and caring woman. She was always easy to reach whenever I had any questions. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, and has everything you could possibly need. It was also excellent value for money, especially considering everything it offers. After spending the whole day exploring, it was amazing to relax in the private jacuzzi. We felt completely safe, both in the apartment and in the surrounding area. The location in Chania is perfect. The beautiful old harbor, with its many restaurants and charming little shops, is just a short walk away. I already miss this place so much, and I truly can't wait to come back. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chania!

The apartment itself was lovely and in a beautiful street. However, there were several issues. I sent 2/3 messages a few days prior to arrival to understand check in details and make plans for my airport transfer. My messages were ignored until the day before when I was told, “these will be sent on arrival day” By the time my flight landed, no check in details had been sent, I had to request these again. As a solo traveler wanting to make arrangements, this was poor. I was then told check in is 2pm despite it clearly saying 1pm on the listing. There were dirty cups and saucers in the room when I arrived and cleaning was not daily. I was only told there would be no cleaning on a Sunday but out of 7 days - 3 days were not cleaned. I had to ask for a sheet change as by day 5 these were not changed, floors were not mopped and surfaces not cleaned. Security was poor as other guests would leave the front door wide open for anyone to walk into the building day and night. Out of 7 days there was no WiFi at all for 6 days yet every other establishment in the area had WiFi. Also note that mobile data does not work inside the building as it is enclosed. The cleaning, pre check-in and WiFi really let this place down.

Par som reiste med baby på 9mnd. Perfekt beliggenhet i en relativ rolig og sjarmerende gate. Store rom og hyggelig takterasse for en morgenkaffe eller et glass vin på kvelden. God service. Kunne ønsket en noe bedre dyne for litt kjøligere dager. Litt trangt inngangsparti men ikke til noe problemer. Obs. Det kan virke som at Hotels ikke formidler informasjon om spesielle behov til dette overnattingsstedet. Man må også regne med å ringe ved ankomst for å bli møtt og få utlevert kode og adgangskort.

El apartamento no estaba muy limpio cuando llegamos. Había "algo" en el lavabo que parecía una maraña de pelos del anterior huésped, que no se veía a simple vista por el tapón pero sí cuando abrías el agua (era bastante asqueroso), manchas por el grifo y unas "migas" en el armario. Cuando llegamos la persona que estaba no hablaba inglés y tuvimos que estar hablando con otra por teléfono. Nunca volvimos a ver a nadie por recepción, esto es más bien como un "airbnb" pero sin cocina. Sí que agradezco muchísimo a la dueña que nos consiguiera reservar un taxi para el día que nos íbamos, ya que nuestro vuelo salía muy temprano. Por lo demás, es un sitio que estás rodeado de tiendas, restaurantes, etc pero muy silencioso para dormir y descansar, además de muy bien situado para moverte por la zona.

I didn't get to stay unfortunately the owner of the residence had caught COVID, I should be getting a refund and need to follow up on my insurance refund.

This place is the best! Location-wise, it's amazing, right on the border of Old and "new" Chania, walking distance to all the museums, shops, and historical sites and just a street down from the waterfront. If you walk in the opposite direction of the harbor, you reach a beautiful sandy beach in no time with tons of great restaurants. There's also a great coffee shop right below the rooms that serves great filtered coffee and also serves breakfast and amazing desserts. Rooms were clean, quiet, and well-appointed. I booked the split-level suite and traveled with my mom, who is really picky, and she could not stop marveling at the cute balconies, street, location and, most of all, our absolutely wonderful host, Argiro. Argiro really went above and beyond trying to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. She responded quickly on Whatsapp and let us stow our luggage in her office on checkout day for hours past noon. Definitely coming back to 48 Suites if I'm ever in Old Chania again and recommending to all of my friends! My mom is already planning to return for her next vacation.

Argiro was the best host, we ever had!!! She was so helpful in a difficult personal situation and she is always available and super friendly. We never ever met such a nice host like her! The apartment is super nice, each object is well-selected and of high quality, it is very stylish and comfortable as well. The location in old-town of Chania is brilliant (only parking is a bit difficult), the daily cleaning service was perfect - everytime spotless clean!! In my opinion, you can't stay better in Chania, so I can highly recommend The 48 Suites and we will definitly come back again!

This property was amazing. Right in the heart of Old town. Amenities very new and clean. Anytime I am back in Chania I will only stay here!

Amazing experience!

Our stay in this place was amazing. The room was new, big and clean. It has very nice decor, comfy bed and smooth pillows. The hostess was really kind and willing to help us. The neighbourhood was amazing. Right in the heart of the town, in a traditional road, two minute walk from the old port. We will definitely stay there again. The experience was above our standards.

A perfect stay at Chania.

48 suites was a perfect stay. The complex is situated at the old town of chania. You can reach the main attractions of the city on foot. Our appartment was nicely decorated. Brand new. Extremely clean. All the amenities inside. Incuding a coffee machine. The owner was very polite, always ready to help. A perfect stay for us.

A New Jewel in Chania Old Town

We could not have asked for a better place to stay in Chania and very reasonably priced. Definitely a new jewel in the Old Town. Our first trip here and 48 Suites definitely made it a memorable one. You also get a bottle of Rakomelo and snacks as part of your welcome pack. The toiletries are of top quality.The host, Arirou (apologies if we spelt it wrongly) is such a lovely, very warm and hospitable person. She definitely went out of her way to make our stay so pleasurable - recommending restaurants, sharing her experiences of the area. For anyone to wish to visit Chania, this is the place to go to, we highly recommend it. She is open all year round. Arirou, thank you so much for looking after us when we were there and for the wonderful Rakomelo.
