The hotel has one of the best locations in Chania. You can walk anywhere since nothing's too far away. We also had partial sea view from our balcony which was nice. The hotel is not the fanciest but you get everything you need and the rooms are maintained every day. 24/7 desk service if needed. We can't complain at all since the location was amazing.

Really enjoyed being on the waterfront and so close to everything as we could return to the hotel for a quick afternoon break before going out again. The room was basic but had everything needed. The balcony was lovely for views of the sea and waterfront excitement. It was quiet in the room when the windows were closed however would be loud if not closed.

Really disappointed on lack of information available for parking a car. The Old Chania town is pedestrian only. After 30 minutes of following on line driving instructions which did not identify streets that were closed we dumped the car at first available street parking which was about a 350 meters from hotel. There is a lot down by water which we found out about after the fact but it’s no closer. Saw numerous others dragging luggage through the streets. Hotel is internally noisy. One can hear many of the WC activities from neighbouring rooms through the walls. Location is good.

Such a wonderful stay. Booked a seaside view room and it had a perfect outlook on the lighthouse. The breakfasts were super lovely and the rooms were very comfortable and clean.

Loved the small balcony with view over the harbour. The walk with luggage between transport and hotel requires some fitness and strength. There would be an opportunity to offer concierge/porter service for those who would love to stay in the location but can't manage their bags the distance required over stone pavers.

Great place to stay, in the middle of the old town. Parking is a bit tough, need to park 10 minutes away in a paid lot, the free lot is full. Overall great experience.

The hotel is located above busy restaurants and shopping areas, so I initially expected it to be noisy at night. Fortunately, the room had quality soundproof doors that effectively kept the noise out.

Decent Hotel with a Great View

I had a sea view room and the view was stunning. Other than that the hotel rooms are equivalent to a two-star rating. The wifi is not working most of the time and the shower water pressure is very low.

It was a nice experience. The rooms were clean and nice . The hotel itself felt more local and helped the overall experience of being in Greece. The hotel location was excellent because it was right on the waterfront with excellent views as well as being very close to many restaurants and bars . The price was one of the best in all of Crete compared to other establishments. The only downside to the place was the Wi-Fi . The signal was great but the bandwidth was not. It’s bad for me because I’m kind of a tech junkie and I do like internet for updates and streaming movies. That however should not deter you from enjoying a great hotel, in a great location for a great price

Yhden yön matka. Huone merinäköalalla. Sain huoneen kolmannesta kerroksesta ja mikä näköala merelle, niin kaunis! Alapuolella illalla liikkui paljon ihmisiä, koska ravintolat ja kaupat suoraan siinä. Kolmanteen kerrokseen parvekkeen oven ollessa kiinni, kuului hyvin vähän ja minua ei ainakaan häirinnyt. Täydellinen sijainti. Hyvä ilmastointi. Ihan riittävä aamupala, mikä sisälsi leipiä, kinkkua, juustoa, fetaa, kananmunaa, kakkupaloja, luumutomaatteja, kahvia, teetä, marmeladeja, rahkaa ja puristettua appelsiinimehua! Todella puhdas, siisti huone. Hyvä ilmastointi. Kävelymatkan päässä Nea Horan rannalta. Voisin koska vain valita tämän hotellin uudelleen merinäköalalla. Kiitos! ❤️

Väldigt fint enkelt hotell trots detta mycket, mycket bra, otroligt läge i Chania, fantastisk utsikt från vår balkong andra vån. utsikt mot havet och hela Venetianska hamnen helt magiskt, lite oväsen från restauranger och promenaden utanför men det får man räkna med i stadsmiljö, bil trafik endast tillåten 8-9 på morgonen men då mycket väsen utanför hotellet då alla restauranger får varu-leveranser men nästan helt tyst i rummet om man stängde alla fönster, air cond. fungerade bra, jätte duktig vänlig städerska rummet skinnande rent även hela hotellet var fräscht,hissen fungerade mycket bra, städning och byte av lakan och handdukar varje dag om man ville, mängder av restauranger med god mat överallt, hela Chania gamla stadsdel har mysiga gränder många välbevarade byggnader som är charmen med Chania, ända minus på hotellet är badrummet i vårt rum som var otroligt litet duschen bara 50x50 cm. men absolut inget som skall avskräcka från att välja Lucia Hotell som är finaste hotellet längs Venetianska hamnen, Chania gamla stan inget för Dem som vill ha sol och bad rätt lång promenad till badstrand.
