If you’re hoping to walk out the door and onto the beach, this is the place for you! Everyone who worked there was kind and helpful, and I loved having a view of the sea. It was fun to be close to Old Town and the Venetian Port as well.

This place was had one of the best beach views i ever seen, its easy for walking around and explore resturants. Its avery cozy enviroment. Food is great and so are the prices for food and drinks. The hotel did not have a kettel in the rooms or even tea or coffe in the rooms, Bathroom was good. Bed was ok but should have a little bigger madress. Staff working there wer very kind and service minded, we stayed here for 2 nights and its was good. We will come back in the future to explore more. Best Regards Ronny

We really enjoyed our stay in the Danaos Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel faced onto a beautiful sandy beach. There was a good buffet breakfast and there was a cafe/bar/restaurant on the ground floor looking out to the sea.

Lovely little basic hotel right on the waterfront. Immaculate good sized rooms, comfortable firm beds, comfortable table and chairs on balcony. Brollies for beach and balcony. Hot water, WiFi, TV all excellent. 10-15mi s walk to old Town and plenty of good restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Will definitely be back.

This is a basic hotel, but clean and comfy. Amazing to get a place right on the most beautiful beach! You also save €5 on beach umbrella & chairs because you stay here. Tons of restaurants here and a 10-15min walk along the water to get to old toqn. We didnt have any problems. WIFI is slow in rooms but works amazing on the beach. Amazing place to stay for the money!

I loved that the hotel was right on the beach. The host was welcoming, and our room was clean and comfy. There was a restaurant/bar right next door, and lots of people watching. The only problem was the traffic around the area. We didn't know where to park, and googlemaps gave us the wrong directions! Luckily, the hotel did have a parking lot about a block away, and host gave us directions to it.

The Hotel is right on the Nea Chora beach strip with a fantastic view and a decent restaurant on the front of the hotel where you can have a well priced breakfast, lunch or dinner. 8 Euro for all you can eat breakfast with many options. Beachside restaurants up and down the street offering delicious seafood and Greek dishes or a take a 15-20 min walk along the coastline to the beautiful old port town with its boundless restaurants and shops along the pedestrian walkways. If you have a car you will have to park it in a lot a few blocks away but they do have parking available. Overall good value for money and had an excellent stay.

The hotel staff were lovely… in particular the cleaning staff and front desk ladies! If we needed anything they were right there! The room itself was a little outdated and so felt rather dingy, in particular the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a balcony with ocean view. Screen on the door would be great so to keep the fresh air in and out without the mosquitoes. Would also be great to have no smoking rooms for those of us who are sensitive to cigarette smoke. Overall and great stay!

Clean and friendly seafront hotel

It's only a 2 star hotel so has basic facilities, however it was recently refurbished, kept immaculately clean, working air conditioning and there was always staff at the desk to help. The location is excellent - only across the road from the beach and the hotel offers sunbeds on the beach at a discount for hotel residents. There are many good restaurants along the sea front. You can walk to the old town in 20 minutes. The cafe/bar attached to the hotel is lovely and popular with locals and tourists alike - didn't hear any noise from it in the room either. Breakfast is basic but good - just make sure to get there in time as they seem to close up early if no-one is there. We organised our airport transfer through the hotel and they showed up on time and cost the same as if we'd sourced our own taxi.
