"Nice location if you wanna be close to the Bund. Fantastic view on the skyline both from the Lobby floor - nice quiet area with tables there if you wanna work - and from the room (but be careful: while booking it is not written that std room has no window so they asked me for a - paid - upgrade if I wanna the window. I saw it happened the same to other guests checking in at the same time). Metro station is 3 mins walking away. The hotel is quite well furnished even if cleaning in the corridors could be a bit more accurate (in the room all was OK). Light smart system management is a bit weird, some functions were missing. Reception staff does not speak English so they used a translator (check in process was quite long, but not the first time in China). They do not have iron in the room but a laundromat room + steamer at 8F (often busy, no idea why, even late at night)."

"None of the in room phone are working. The exclusive twin bedroom, the lighting switches are hidden behind one of the pillows of the bed head, so every time we move in our sleep the light keep switching on. The attitude of the engineer that come to see the switch is really bad. Otherwise everything is ok."

"This is 3rd or 4th time staying there. Even though the room quite small but comfortable. We feel warm and cozy. The location is the best near lots of great restaurants. Definitely will comeback agian."

"After an initial check in disappointment everything else was fine. Luigi definitely smoothed things over with his sincerity. They definitely need to have more English speaking staff considering 95% of the guests are foreigners and speak English. All in all a great value for the price."

"The rooms are large and spacious with complete amenities. The reception staff provides good service. The hotel is centrally located between The Bund and Yuyuan Garden, which are approximately 500 meters away. There are several restaurants near the hotel."
