The location is great, right in the middle of numerous shops, restaurants, coffee bars, food stalls & night market; with easy walking distance / accessibility to all the key sites. Rooms are comfortable, spotlessly clean with everything you need & they even provide a free laundry service. Staff are fabulous, helpful, professional & friendly & i felt so welcome. Huge thank you to Mia, Dana & a number of other staff who I who sadly don't have their names. The hotel was a safe comfortable base, in a perfect location, with a great feel. Would highly recommend. "The style is great. It’s not an overly busy or impersonal hotel. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was super friendly and accommodating when I got there early. My only complain might be that they didn’t check my id card when I said I lost my room key before they gave me a new one but obviously that was more convenient for me. "
