"There was a really good Texas barbecue restaurant right next to the hotel and the staff was very friendly. The beer was incredible and probably some of the best barbecue I’ve ever had much better than 90% of the places I been even in Texas. The hotel staff was friendly. And a short walk to the main street are plenty of dining options as well as other shops for any essential items you might need."

One important point to mention, if you have a nut allergy make sure to say no peanut oil as they use it in most dishes but can replace with olive oil. Also check all dishes, as I found that even some not indicated with “N”, when asked do contain nuts.. even the spaghetti bolognese. "

The hotel boasts an excellent location, and their staff are incredibly helpful—they assisted me in purchasing train tickets to Xi'an, call taxis for me, and even offered complimentary laundry service.
