โรงแรมใกล้เชนจิง แฮนด์ส บุ๊คสโตร์, ฟินิกซ์

"The place was incredibly dirty. Dirty baseboards, dirty sheets, dirty walls. Did not live up to Hilton Brand. Manager was rude when bringing up issues."

"Very clean, lots of room, beds were super uncomfortable and the outside noise was just too much tho they do offer ear plugs but when you have to get up to an alarm that doesn’t work. Also check out is at 11 but the cleaning staff came into our room at 10:15 with the do not disturb still on the door. Nice gym and outdoor pool"

"Location was great and checkin was easy"

"Overall, the room was quite large and comfortable. It was clean and well-appointed. Had one issue we noted that the staff immediate rectified. All of the staff that we encountered were extremely pleasant and friendly. Will stay again when needing a place in the area."

"The front desk attendants were great. The room was average. It was a basic room with a basic tub and small mirror/sink area. The housekeeping either emptied the trash, made the bed, or rest the towels... but never all 3. It was kind of a guessing game at which they would do each day. The towels were old and one had a hole in it. The free breakfast was literally the minimum they could offer to call it breakfast. The air conditioning did work well."

"Not"

"We enjoyed our stay"

"Only note is don't forget your blow dryer, they only have 3 in the building. 😬 Otherwise love love love it."

"Key card stopped working and then claimed that my room was not in my name.had Expedia customer care reach out to them that they had internal error, yet they refused to budge and called the police. I showed police booking information and spent 12 hours locked outside all night on the sidewalk. My wallet and personal belongings were locked in room and couldn’t retrieve anything until the lady who booked me in acknowledged I was a guest. Worst experience with any hotel I have ever had"
