"They started laying carpet and had blocked the doorway. They were so helpful and very concerned about my safety. (I use a cane). They helped me get the luggage cart from the entry, over the blocked doorways and back out to the lobby after I had loaded it. The desk manager helped me take the cart akk the way to my car and helped me Unload it. He definitely went beyond with kindness. I am already booked in for my return trip home. Excellent halfway point between my friends home and mine."

"Such a great hotel: we were driving for hours and needed a clean, safe place to stay last minute with two kids. The hotel is modern and very clean, the pool was super fun for the kids and I was super impressed by all the stuff. The front desk people were super nice at check and check out and the lady responsible for serving breakfast was exceptionally friendly, caring and kind. "No safe walkway to casino area, staff unfriendly and provided false info. Breakfast was always empty and took too long for service, do not provide towels or missing coffee to rooms. You much go pick up."

"The room was ok, Beds were clean and comfortable. Did see some water stains on the carpet around the sink and the bathroom wall looked like it needed to be repaired. looks like it had been wet and was not in good shape."

"Ever since I attended a race nearby, I don’t even bother looking at other businesses. I just need a bed for a few nights and staff’s super helpful and nice. The one note I’d say is my room had a small shower, it was a bit hard to move around."

"You get what you pay for. The room was cheap, but the guy at the front desk had zero customer service skills. It took us a literal 30 minutes to get into the room after 3 trips back and forth with problems with the key, until he finally switched our room to another one. It was also dirty. The breakfast area had broken tables (like the marble tops were chipped enough you’d scrape your arm on them) and cracked leather seats, and the back of the booth next to us had stuff caked all over it. "Really cool CCC-made cabins that are so solid. Cool inside but they have AC and a gas fireplace with a small fridge and TV with digital channels. LOTS of character. Some false ladybugs and you may get a visit from a resident mouse but put a granola bar out for her and she’ll party in the bathroom and stop making noise in the bedroom. The restaurant food is really good—try the fish fry! And the area is beautiful and great for walking/hiking, birding, and fishing/wading. Plenty of parking."

"The property was listed as newly renovated, and it certainly was not! Only the flooring looked new. The pictures online do not match what you actually get. Bed very hard and simply one mattress on a metal frame. Doors/locks did not feel secure. Very poorly insulated, we could hear every little noise from other rooms and the road. The first room we went into was so strong cleaning product/chemical smelling that it made eyes water and induced an asthma attack. Second room was stale old smoke...

"The pictures of the place look great online. When we got there, the place was a total dump. We didn't even get out of the car. I would prefer to sleep in my car than this place. Not in this neighborhood though. The whole area is bad. We went to another motel down the road and witnessed a drug deal. Do yourself a favor and drive 10 minutes to the casino district and spent another 25 bucks a night like we did. It was too late to cancel our reservation, so we ate the cost. It was worth it though...
