Very very disappointed... The hotel was good. The room condition was good BUT the carpet and bathroom were not at all clean. There were crumbs on the carpet which means that it was not vacuumed. The sink in the bathroom was not clean. I wiped it with a disinfectant wipe before using it. The chair in the room was broken! And the worse thing is that the next morning when I told the staff about all this... NO ACTION WAS TAKEN. I came back to the room in the evening and everything was the same! I went to the front desk and asked again about the broken chair and about the carpet and she said "oh I'm sorry for that but nothing can be done now but I will let the management know".
The only good thing about the property was the breakfast.. Good options and food tasted great.
I'm extremely displeased with the front desk staff. They were not helpful at all. Poor service from them.
