"What a great place to stay!! Beautiful area and the rooms are condos, so it was like being in a home away from home. The people are super nice as well. And it’s right at Winter Park base so the area is gorgeous! One important thing to keep in mind is that due to the average highs in the lower 70s and low humidity, the units don’t have AC, so if it’s going to be unseasonably warm, that could be an issue for some. "
"Very beautifully updated room with all the amenities I needed. Clean, quaint and very comfortable. Wonderful deck with hot tub, table and chairs. Common area has a large tv, couch, table and chairs. Also provided was a coffee/tea bar and infused water. Small bar and other coffee and snacks available for purchase. Owner very friendly, helpful, and courteous. Great place to stay!"

"Fantastic experience! Stayed for three days and couldn't be happier. The couple that handles everything are doing an excellent job taking care of each of the visitors. The atmosphere they've created in the house is superb!
Things to consider: no restaurants close by so if you want to have dinner, reserve in advance with the managers. Breakfast is at 9am sharp, which is fantastic as you can meet other people in the house; breakfast was amazing! Be aware of the check-in time, communicate with...

Breakfast was nice with lots of options: juive, coffee, tea, delicious waffles, muffins, granola bars... There are a lot of restaurants nearby within walking distance. We enjoyed the hot tub as well! "My stay in this historic hotel was perfect. Being in this historic hotel and town with all the stories made the stay even better. The owner/proprietor made me feel at home. We had great homemade cookies, muffins, and breakfast burritos. Her knowledge of the hotel history and who had stayed there in the past was incredible. Such as Edison and Tesla as past guests. I plan to stay again whenever I’m in the area. Next time will be a longer stay. Thank you for a wonderful experience."
