"The hotel was OK, but for the price I felt the room was dated compared to other budget hotels. No air con in our room, light switch controlled ALL lights in the room, so no bedside reading light which is really annoying when there's two or more of you sharing a room. TV channel options seemed to be hit and miss. Other than that breakfast was good and staff were very helpful and pleasant. In terms of location it was ideal, but if I was less fussy about location there are probably better value...

"The receptionist name "Aylin" very very kind and helpful. She is a first impression for the first day of my UK trips. The room is very clean , good bathtub , big ben view in my room so good (Room type : Suite with bigben view). If you need anyhelp or anything i phone called and all of the staff help a lot. I recommend you to stay here. Hope to meet them again!"

"I stayed at Park Plaza London Riverbank and had a very enjoyable experience overall. The location is excellent, right by the Thames, with easy access to central London and several key attractions. It’s also convenient for public transport, which made getting around the city very simple. The room was a bit small, but modern, clean, and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had everything needed for a pleasant stay. The bathroom was also well-maintained and felt quite upscale....
