"The only complaint I had was the traffic noise. A curtain clip was broken and I could not fully close the curtain. I was very happy to stay at the hotel."

"Great location, parking right outside our door, spacious and comfortable rooms. Only issue was the noise level of other patrons but being the weekend that's not unexpected and not the hotels fault! All-in-all a pleasant stay. Thank-you:)"

"We had a very comfortable stay at this Mt Waverley townhouse and were extremely happy with the accommodation. The property was clean, spacious, well presented and had everything we needed for an extended stay. It felt very much like a home rather than temporary accommodation. The location was excellent — quiet and convenient, with easy access to shops, transport and surrounding areas. "The first time we stayed at this hotel - the room was great and has good amenities. Last night we stayed in room 23 and the floor does not have a carpet, but was a painted concrete floor and looked unfinished. To sum it up- the room was in a POOR condition."

"Good location, just a lot of construction when I stayed and when I asked staff what ammenities they had ie slippers etc, they weren’t very helpful. Took asking 3 different people to get a proper answer"

"Best spot in Fitzroy !"

"The hotel was fully booked and some cleaning staff were on sick leave. We had to call them to clean up the room at 5 pm.! However, Ms.Pinky ( hotel manager) was very responsive and helpful. "

"Very helpful staffs and comfy beds. "

"Location is great, east to go to convenient store, popular places and restaurants."

"Great location. Close to Matvel"

"มาพักผ่อนคนเดียวค่ะ ชอบให้รางวัลชีวิตตัวเองเดือนละครั้งก็ยังดี มาพักโรงแรมเพื่อเติมพลังให้ตัวเองจะได้มีกำลังกายกำลังใจดูแลครอบครัวตลอดไปค่ะ"

"Rooms don't quite live up to the grand lobby. Had to ask for a powerboard as there were no available powerpoints by bed. Moving side tables and searching for powerpoints is never fun."

"A hidden gem tucked away in an unexpected corner of South Melbourne. From the moment you enter the lobby, you’re transported into an elegant, thoughtfully designed retreat from the bustle of the city. Our room was spacious and beautifully considered, with luxurious amenities that made the stay feel special. We particularly looked forward to the pool, sauna and steam room, but sadly these spaces didn’t reflect the care evident elsewhere. The sauna floor was covered in hair, the steam room had...
