"We loved our stay at this hotel. The room was clean, it's just if you drop some food all the ants will come out of the cracks in the wall and it's a million of them. The staff is so poor and helpful and very courteous. The breakfast was so good 😊 you get American Asian Thai food and there's different selections daily. The staff cleaned very well and the food stayed stocked. They have the best orange juice I had ever tasted. The vending machine didn't work for awhile for them middle of the night meals but it did get fixed after several days of being there. You are in the heart of great stores and markets. Surrounded by local carts for food 7 eleven right on the corner. What I didn't like was that there's no pool or gym and I didn't notice that until after arriving but the AC was fabulous. Airport shuttle was on time for pick up and drop off very useful. We got to and from the hotel safely. I would definitely stay here again. We spent a week not something long term because of the amount of amenities. I didn't eat at the attached cafe but it's there. It didn't have many choices of items to choose from. Be sure to hang your tag on your door for your room to be cleaned. No microwave just a water warmer I did warm up my pho in it. I think I had a great view of the greenery in the back. I really enjoyed my stay. The Central Outlet is about 15 mins away for kids to have fun in the water. Take water clothes. Dry off before returning to the hotel. Great food."

"The staff was great and very helpful. The food was really good and reasonably priced with good variety! My only complaints are there wasn’t a smart tv in the room so unless you have miracast (iPhones don’t) you were left to the hotel tv. Also, my room was facing the street and could hear sirens all night. My room was also near an exit door that staff used and it slammed pretty loudly. I am sensitive to noise so this may not bother someone else. I liked that it was connected to the mall with a connection to the bts. Other than that the location felt a bit off. I really liked the hotel so if you don’t mind those things it will do wonders for you! The bed was also really comfy. "

"Same hotel different name Despite the odd checkin hiccup - staff were awesome and gave me an upgrade (late check in early check out helps) This hotel used to be a novotel now changed to hyatt with zero refurbishment with parts looking quite tired But being at the airport nakes it convenient "

"Excellent place to stay, fantastic staff and good facilities. Gym is well equipped and the social club is a great place to work (I was travelling for business but I’d say it’s a good place for holiday travel too)."
