Immenities such as soap, bottles of water are usually not provided by us because this is a condo and not a hotel, However the problem was eventually solved and we did provide you with all the immenties required afterwards. it wasn't such a big deal as everything is not always perfect in this world,It required just a bit of understanding and communication which eventually took place and the matter was solved.
