Tamamen para kaybı. Sadece jakuzi için ekstra ücret ödeyerek bir oda tuttuk ancak sıcak su bir türlü gelmedi. Yardım talep etmemize rağmen kimse gelmedi. ​Sabah şikayet ettiğimizde, yetkili sıcak suyun olduğunu iddia etti. Kontrol ettiğinde ise suyun gelmediği görüldü. Bu resmen hırsızlıktır. Jakuzi için ödeme yaptık ve sıcak su dahi yoktu. Ayrıca, ikinci odamızda ne şişe su ne de mini bar vardı ve duşta duş jeli de bulunmuyordu. Jakuzinin motoru da birkaç saniyede bir yüksek, bozuk bir ses çıkarıyordu. ​Hizmetiniz berbat

Das Design des Hotels ist einfach traumhaft schön. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit direktem Poolzugang, das war natürlich sehr praktisch. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Die Lage ist ebenso top, man ist nur paar hunderte Meter entfernt von den berühmten Streets von Alacati entfernt. Wir würden dieses Hotel definitiv nochmal buchen und empfehlen es auch weiter. Wir bedanken uns hiermit nochmal für alles und die nette Zeit.
