Beautiful location close to the castle. Convenient walk to shopping and restaurants. Staff was very helpful in arranging taxi to bus terminal. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Newly remodeled bathroom. Provided luggage storage.

Good value for the money for a short trip.

Bang for the buck, a solid value stay in a good location in the amazing town of Cesky Krumlov. We paid for the cheapest room and the window was small - I am claustrophobic but I was completely fine for the short one night stay because the window opened.

Amazing location! Cute basic property, perfect for a short stay. It is in the heart of the old town, about a 2 min walk to the castle! There’s a great Czech restaurant just a few doors down. You step outside the door & walk anywhere! It’s basic style accommodation, a small space but comfortable & clean and the location is 10/10. There are quite a few stairs up to the apartment.

It’s advertised as basic which it certainly is, good price for room in nice location, when you check in make sure you get Wi-Fi code and map, when we went out later the place was all shut up and locked. Reception is only 2-5 on days guests arrive, we returned early on second day as fridge not working but place in darkness. There is a microwave, kettle, cutlery and china on each landing, but if you want drinks you have to supply your own tea, coffee, milk etc, likewise same with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, as we had a fridge and saw the microwave we bought some microwavable meals but found fridge not working, it looked like fridge was in a boxed in unit, so had to bin all the stuff we had bought as we didn’t want to get food poisoning. We were woken each day by the creaking floorboards in the room above and could hear them in bed in the evenings. Room was fine and clean, it would have been a nice gesture to welcome you and give you the Wi-Fi code, mao and perhaps some useful information instead of the note telling you that you had to vacate the room at 10am. There is no service at this, you are just renting a room, you need to make your beds, clean the loo etc. if you don’t mind being left on your own it’s fine, if you want to know someone is there to help if you need it book somewhere else.

Clean, friendly, parking fee reasonable and walking about 700 m to the property from the parking place, walkable around the town and the attraction points. Check-in not very convenient, need to call the property first.

Charmingproperty on castle steps/heart of Old Town

My brother and I enjoyed a lovely one-night stay in this charming guesthouse on the steps towards the castle in the heart of Cesky Krumlov's Old Town. Radek was very helpful and communicative. The room was a little small and cramped, but we expected this. I have however marked down our overall experience because of an inaccuracy in the listing. We specifically booked this location because there was "parking available" listed as "on-site" within the listing. "Is parking offered on site at Ubytování Zámecké Schody? Yes. Self-parking costs EUR 10 per night." "Parking Self-parking costs EUR 10 per night" Upon speaking to Radek however it turned out that the parking was available - but not on-site and a 7-8 minute walk away in either the municipal or a private lot (Sestak Frantisek). The municipal lot was far more than EUR 10 (it would have worked out as roughly EUR 20, as the parking charged by the hour. The private lot (which charges EUR 10) was closed when we arrived, but we parked there anyway afterhours (free of charge), and had to check-out extra early in order to avoid incurring fines/penalties once it opened. The property should make the parking situation a lot clearer, and definitely update the listing to reflect the fact that there is no on-site parking available. Remember that most tourists won't have previously visited Cesky Krumlov so can't be expected to realise the parking situation in advance.

Parkování je asi 450 metrů daleko a stojí 250Kč na noc. Recepce funguje jen v omezený čas. Hotel je na skvělém místě v centru. Pokoj byl malý, ale čistý.

A localização é muito boa e o checkin é rápido. Tivemos dificuldades em subir vários lances de escada com as bagagens e o quarto era pequeno. Parece que o hotel esqueceu de nos dar um papel de comprovação de estadia e fomos criticados na hora de acertar com o estacionamento pago. Essa não foi uma boa experiência, mas de modo geral a estadia foi boa.

ロケーションは良いのですが、階段を上がったところにあるので大きいスーツケースだと大変です。スタッフは誰もいなくてカギがわかるようにおいてあり自分で開けて出入りします。ホテルというよりアパートメントを借りた感覚です

チェスキークロムフル城がとても近い

チェックイン時間に間に合うように急いで宿に行ったところ、ドアのポケット？に付箋と鍵が入れてあって部屋に入れました。部屋の大きさの割にダブルベッドが入れてあるので狭く感じますがバスルームは綺麗で使いやすかったです。 チェックアウトの時に、チェックイン手続きをしました。手続きは簡単でわかりやすかったです。ユーロも使えました。

位置絕佳

地點在城堡前的階梯上，位置絕佳，價格便宜，有床有獨立衛浴很足夠了，窗戶關上不會聽到外面的吵雜聲，前台服務時間有限，訂房前請詳閱網站說明。
