"Struttura positiva in tutto e per tutto . Maia e Alberto ( titolari ) bravissime persone e gran lavoratori . Accoglienza impeccabile ! Suite pulita , comoda .
Sicuramente torneremo , ci siamo trovati molto bene !

"A lovely spot to stay in, close to the old centre of Ravenna (10 minutes on foot). The staff were relaxed and welcoming (in various languages). The whole place was calm and quiet, with great breakfasts. I also enjoyed the fact that although a hotel, it didn't look or fell like one."

"Facility changed internet carrier & password without telling us so we couldn’t get in when we got there. (This happened to 2 other guests while we were staying there.). Didn’t know which room was ours, after another guest let us in. No one on site to help with anything. Overall, rundown condition of entire facility. No hot water in shower. No hangers in wardrobe. Towels below Motel6 size & quality.
Only good thing is its location within easy walking to train station & town center. But, I...
