โรงแรมและที่พักเซร์โร เด ลัส โรซัส

"The hotel was way better than we expected. It exceeded our expectations. Cleanliness everywhere, very friendly and helpful staff (specially Kevin at the front desk) He checked us in and fully assisted with any questions we had. Also the buffet breakfast was delicious and very abundant. And the last thing is the great location; it is close to a lot of interesting spots of turistic interest. We recommend this hotel 100%. 🤗"

"La pileta climatizada no andaba Las sábanas de la cama no si lo suficientemente anchas y la cama se desarmaba"

"It was fine. The workout room was literally a hotel room turned into a gym -tiny and without enough equipment. Hotel location, though, was amazing!"

"If you like peace and quiet, you will not find it here. There were children everywhere and they are loud! The noise starts in the middle of the night. Kids are running up and down the hallways yelling, screaming, and slamming doors. Babies screaming in the middle of the night. Parents do nothing to quiet them for other guests who are trying to sleep. This is a great place for young families who might enjoy all the incessant racket. However, if you are traveling without children, book knowing you...

"Staff are excellent, very kind and helpful. Breakfast is the best one I've ever had."

"Do not be put off by the strange entrance: The reception is reached by a lift from street level. The hotel has charm and all the staff are incredibly helpful. The hotel even arranged a wine tasting for our party of 7. Liliana and her team had dressed the room and matched each of the wines with a tasty snack. The location is also great as you can stroll to the cathedral and the monastery museum."

"The beds were comfortable and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel’s parking garage was very convenient and the hotel’s location was convenient to restaurants and popular places. We were in the second floor so the view was not great. The breakfast buffet on the eleventh floor was nice with a great view of the city."

"Estuvo todo muy bien. La atención del personal es muy, muy buena"

"Excelente todo el personal. Ariel siempre atento a lo que requirieramos. Lo recomendamos y obvio vamos a regresar"

"Chegamos à noite e nosso quarto estava com a cama usada cheia de fios de cabelos no lençol ! O café da manhã não tem uma fruta, e nem proteína 👎"
