Para uma família com criança vai acomodar bem tanto na cama de casal quanto no sofá. O sofá talvez não seja muito confortável para um adulto mas pode atender quem não for muito grande. A localização é perfeita: Mercados, Hortifruti, farmácias, loja de câmbio honesta e bairro Chinês muito próximos. Apesar se estar uma avenida movimentada é...
