"Equipe de funcionários bem educados"

"Funcionários prestativos, quarto impecavelmente limpo"

"Perfectly located near the cafes and shops. The room was spotless and the bed quite comfortable. Very charming decor and grounds. Much appreciated the tasty breakfast provided at friendly cafe around the corner. Would choose this hotel again!"

"O hotel é bom, a localização é boa para quem pretende ir ao Shopping D. Pedro ou como no meu caso no Expo D.Pedro, para os demais casos achei a localização e acesso muito desfavoráveis. As acomodações são novas, bem cuidadas, não havia frigobar no quarto. Café da manhã muito bom. Ampla área para estacionamento. Check in confuso e lento, talvez devido ao alto movimento no dia. Apartamento triplo bastante amplo. "

"I had changes in my flight details, tried on multiple occasions to get my bookings date changed, Expedia was horrible in helping and so was the hotel, ended up not getting the issue resolved, I have money spent for a hotel I never have been to and my flight is next month, im hoping they will see this and make the effort in resolving the issue. Should be this difficult to make alterations to dates."

"The staff were courteous and friendly. Rooms are small but clean and modern. Amenities are great for the Price. The breakfast buffet was excellent. There's also a good size gym in sauna on the top level. There's a pool, but we did not utilize it. I have nothing but positive things to say for this hotel."
