The staff & owner are amazing, the rooms are Motel 6 style but 3 times as big they also come with a mini fridge & microwave which is a bonus...I pay extra for that at motel 6. The beds are new & comfortable, they are in the process of a remodel. The rooms are clean & they are pet friendly my stay was great they are very accommodating. For the price of the rooms it is a fantastic deal way better than Motel 6 I was pleasantly surprised...I only used to choose Motel 6 because I have a Yorkie dog that travels with me & they were always accommodating for pets, but my knew go too in this area is this hotel, recommended for price, staff friendliness, & pet friendliness!

This reservation was canceled about a week before in an area with few options and a cycling event in which I was a participant. The hotel over booked and kicked me off with no options. Won’t be booking with the hotel or Expedia any time soon.
I reserved two room more than a month in advance. I received email confirmation the day before your trip. When we went to check in, we were told that we did not have a room nor were there any rooms available.. She added that they do not except any bookings from hotels.com so we were out of luck.
The hotel looks NOTHING like the pictures. I honestly thought we had pulled up to a crack house.
Ten thumbs down!! 👎
Check in was easy, location os right off interstate but this hotel is very run down and full of transients:( people outside all hours of the night. Our tlilet overflowed into the floor everywhere and the poor desk clerk had fix it herself and clean it all up.
They are nothing but scam artists and stole my money.

My rooms were cancelled and I was not notified. I showed the receptionist proof of prepaid reservation and I was still told there was nothing they could do except charge me for new rooms. I have never received any refund for my prepaid rooms. I had to go elsewhere for my stay. I will never stay there again
They require a $100 cash deposit before checking in, did not know that while booking. Supposed to be a 24hr front desk. Went to check out and get our cash deposit back and doors were locked, no answer when pushing buzzer or calling. After waiting nearly an hour someone finally showed up. I've never heard of this chain and will not be staying with them again!
We did not stay in the room. Too much big bugs flying around and the room is very dirty. The bedsheets have stains. The smell of the room was terrible. We don’t feel safe to stay there.
My riom was filthy blood splatters ob the bathriom walls sticky white residur all over floor mirror in bathrooom filthy no phone or alarm clock an very littl lighting there was only 2 sm rowwels an no shampoe only one thing of body wash i was so discusted by the filth i had 5o clean it myself......m
Dirty, gross. I wouldn’t even shower there. Front desk was rude. Tv didn’t work. Windows didn’t lock. Dog poop all over walk ways. Leaking heater. Hair, blood on sheets. Microwave had food in it. Demanded a 100.00 cash deposit.

Upon arrival looking at the room's windows most of the curtains were half on or just looked bad like a tweeker spot hall way was littered with cigarette buts tweekers rooming around asking for cigarettes but room on inside was not so bad heat worked outside needs help
This was the 4th OYO I’ve stayed in (El Paso, Chehalis and Kalama). This is the worst experience I have had with OYO.
My room was not clean (toilet hadn’t been scrubbed, chair in my room has holes and burn marks, old candy wrappers and dirt under the bed side tables). The lighting was terrible as there were no lamps. Just one light in the ceiling and the bathroom lights (the other rooms with the curtains open had lamps).
I got a call on the hotel phone at 7am my first morning there. I answered and there was no one on the other line, so that was scary. A minute later, some woman bags on my door and says I’m parked in a no parking zone and I have to move (she said was the one that called). I go downstairs to move my car only to find that I am parked NEXT TO parking spots that have “Reserved” pained on them. But the spot that I WAS PARKED IN did not have “Reserved” painted.
This property has a sign at check in that says no smoking within 25 ft of the building. The woman who woke me to up to move out of the “no parking zone” smoked every morning right under my room (standing outside the door one the first floor that said “private”). Every time I left my room in the morning, her smoke wafted up to my door. I didn’t get this woman’s name but she is short, blonde dyed hair and in her 50’s.
The ladies that helped me check in and out were very nice, though.
Over all this was a terrible experience and I would advise anyone to avoid staying at the Centralia OYO!!
The room we stayed in smelled dirty and musty the TV didn't work the gal at the office had to come up 3 different times to try to get it to work, that didn't work so she ended up moving us to a different room that she knew the TV worked, new room smelled just as bad and having to give a hundred dollar deposit for that place was ridiculous the whole room was already disgusting and of course we couldn't just walk out or cancel it
that was the worst place I have stayed at and reserving it from Hotels.com of all places was also a shock also
The rooms are aweful. Blue patchy paint job floors were aweful. Look like something you would find in a purge movie

Reservation got screwed up so lost my night stay. We were never i formed until we got there that they required a $100.00 cash cash deposit or you can't check in. Even if someone else paid I wouldn't stay there.
I will never book a room there again. I had asked about early check about a week before my stay and i was told they would do what they could so just come in the morning of my check in date. I get there about 7:30 am and was told that they could get me in a room right then but it qoukd be $10 an hour extra until noon and also a $100 cash deposit qould be needed. I dont understand why this wasnt said to me when i contacted them a week prior, so then i could have been prepared. So left and drove around until noon, came back and had to wait about 35 mins for someone to come to the front desk. There waa no glass plate in the microwave and no ice bucket. There was also no phone in the room and the bed was hard and uncomfortable and im still sore in my back and neck from sleeping there.
Worst experience ever, after having to pay a Cash fee deposit that wasn’t mentioned in booking room, multiple problems, dirty bathrooms, no trash cans, windows don’t lock, you just push up and windows pop open, they will give you wood to put in window seal. Cable doesn’t work, people just stand in doorway of rooms and smoke, Same with employees.
We were woken up with employee breaking down our door while smoking her cigarette. Literally broke the security lock and chain off door frame at 7:30 AM. Said oops thought you checked out, at the time didn’t say who she was, we thought we were getting robbed.
Worst experience ever, my kids were scared, NEVER AGAIN!!!!
You get what you pay for. Don’t expect anything more from this hotel.
Suppose to have microwave, when asked the counter said they’ll find one but never got a microwave. It’s a motel where the door has been busted by the cops previously. Not enough towels. Required a cash deposit.
