"The property was lovely, peaceful, and quiet, surrounded by trees on a quiet country drive. It was the perfect weekend getaway and we really enjoyed sitting on the porch and out under the string lights, watching the sun go down through the trees. The house itself is lovely, cozy, and comfortable. Our hosts were very sweet, everything was very thoughtfully laid out and clean and easy to access. "Let’s just say the room was nostalgic. As a matter of fact, I got a phone call on the clamshell wall phone from the 70’s asking for their room back. It was clean, warm and situated well. I was fine for what I needed it for… a last minute room on the mountain "

"Great place for 2 couples to relax and enjoy the fall sights.Only problem was the master bedroom bath. The bathtub drain was blocked and took 30 minutes to drain the water. Property owner was unable to get a plumber over the weekend, so I removed the stopper cleaned a lot of hair and waste, replaced the stopper and bathtub drained real good after that. "

Everything we could have needed was available on the property, it was very clean and comfortable, and the hostess was great at communicating details ahead of time. "I had trouble getting in and out of the inner roads around the buildings and had to wait to use my rental car until the bus traffic cleared Old Mill Rd. to slush. This made me kind of locked in, but the bus service to and from the ski lodges did make it possible to ski. And that was the main reason I stayed at Mountain Green Resort the proximity and shuttle service."

"It was perfect for our 4 day stay. There were 5 adults and we managed just fine with one full bath ( & a half bath) a queen bed and 2 bunk beds. It was so close to everything.The property was clean & cozy. We loved the gas stove for heat. The property owner is a great communicator and offers a wonderful property."

"This home has it all! Beautifully decorated, cozy fireplace, spacious private surroundings, the BEST claw foot bathtubs, mountain and star views magnificent! We had 12 people and the home’s size afforded us all plenty of privacy. Great stove in kitchen. Plenty of firewood stacked. Off grid living was cool! No TVs! Such a needed break from the seasonal chaos! Highly recommend ❤️"

"Everything was as advertised we had an ice storm and a nice guy came and salted stairs and driveway bright an early , the only issue we has was the inside steps going to the upstairs bedroom were very slippery but otherwise great stay "
