Great funky looking boutique hotel located on Beach Road near to the Central Festival Centre. Rooms overlook the beach road and through onto the beach and sea. The room was surprisingly quiet considering the proximity to the road, and we slept really well. The room was decorated very nicely, and had a great layout. The shower was huge and powerful, and we also had a bath with seperate shower attachment. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room nice and cool without too much...

Good all round experience Would definitely recommend to everyone

I was treated like Royalty from the moment I arrived. The hotel stands as one of the best I have ever lived in even better than Vegas, London, Barbados and Dubai. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. They are a credit to the company and could teach many on how to conduct yourself in hospitality!

Our third stay at the Holiday inn, Pattaya. The staff are all extremely helpful and you want for nothing. We hope to return again next year.!

Nice hotel

Absolutely stunning hotel in a great area , the rooftop pool and bar make this hotel so special with stunning views over Pattaya, the rooms are big ,spacious ,with a mattress to die for !! Cleaned every day and staff cant do enough for you i would highly recommend this hotel .

Excellent hotel in which you get a lot for your 'buck'. Location perfect for centre of activities but further enough away not to be noisy at night. Had a room upgrade for little extra cost but well worth it. Large, clean, comfortable with all those room 'extras' for a better stay. Staff helpul and polite at all times. Great having a pool on the roof and nice food from room service on the few times I required. Highly recommend and if I go back to Pattaya is where I'll probably stay again.

Overall our experience was great. However, we would recommend for restaurant staffs to be more prepared on handling hotel guests especially it is a festive holiday. Further, if there is a high guest traffic, the breakfast service should consider to extend the time or advise guests at least ten minutes before breakfast service ends. What had impressed us a lot is the spa and their service. Great promotion deal, marvelous massage techniques and friendly service. We would go back again for...
