"Room and property were amazing with friendly staff. The pool and hot tub were great. Just two recommendations, one is that since the area is very quiet in the night we can hear the appliances. Like our room had an old fridge which made a lot of noise even distrubed the sleep. Second recommendation is if they could add eggs in the breakfast,that would be perfect. "We stayed for two nights and had a very disappointing experience. The pool was dirty, our room was humid, and no breakfast was provided. There were people smoking nearby, so it definitely didn't feel family friendly. The worst part was the service. It seems like only one person works there – all communication is done by text message. We texted the inn asking for clean towels, and they replied saying they would change the towels every day. But when we left for the day and came back in the...

"Room was very quaint but very limited on tv channels, wanted to use the spa but you have to make a reservation also you have to use stairs to get to your room and I had just had surgery and my husband had knee surgery other than that it was very nice."

"The room was clean and quiet. There's an outdoor pool and lounging area with an outdoor bar for hot summer days. Parking is convenient."

"The property was clean . But it’s a self served property. You have to make sure you get the passcodes before arriving otherwise since there’s no one it takes a long time to find someone and call. Also , the breakfast is continental so as you expect in bed and breakfast a hot breakfast won’t be served. Expedia says resort and when you get there it’s bed and breakfast. Also hair dryers not working, so bring your own. Anyway, it has a private beach."

"We were surprisingly happy that we chose Harmony Inn for our 1-night visit to Goderich. From the road, it looks like a simple old-fashioned little roadside motel. But the rooms have been upgraded and I thought I was in a more expensive modern hotel/hotel. Everything we needed was there, everything worked well. Very quiet. We'll stay here again next time we're back!"

"Great Location on Main Street but way overpriced for a small antiquated room. TV was mounted on a wall that was almost impossible to see and shower did not work. I didn’t have time to ask for help with shower so I just gave up. Check in and staff were great but still doesn’t justify the price of room. You have to somehow wrangle a parking spot on the street which is a problem during most times. This is just another reason why Canadians travel outside of country for better value."

"The room was nice and clean. The strange thing was there was no staff to meet us when we arrived. Instead, there was a sign to call a phone number and the owners in the next house came over to show us to our rooms then left us. We were the only people in the building until we called again for breakfast the next morning when he came over again to make it. There is no pub as the pictures would suggest. This is a 6 room b&b with owners next door situation not a hotel/motel."
