"Nice hotel and kind people at the reception and breakfast place. Rooms are not fully noise cancelled and you hear traffic from outside. We had two rooms on 8th floor and still could hear the noise during the night, I am sure it would have been worse on the lower floors, but black out curtains help to block the noise a bit :) Overall experience was nice, but the service was slow. Especially in the Maroon restaurant. There are more servers than guests there during lunch we visited yet they...

"The property itself was okay, but the service was highly unprofessional. I booked my room online, but the man at the front desk claimed they had not received the payment. After I showed him my receipt, he finally gave us our room. To make matters worse, a woman working there was incredibly rude. She actually made fun of me and laughed about the situation with the desk worker."

"Very difficult to find the place. It is not a hotel, the address is incorrect, and unless you call the owner there is no signage or anything to indicate where to go. Every time I called the hotel I got a different person with different information and instructions. Very poor communications and lots of confusion. The apartment, on the other hand, is excellent. Very well equipped and furnished."
