"My room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and went way out of their way to accommodate anything I needed. Called for extra pillows and got them within 5 minutes. Front desk was excellent from checking in and checking out. Definitely would stay here again. I didn’t have breakfast here so I can’t answer how it was. It’s in a good location to get to a lot great restaurants and that what I did."

"The restaurant on site was great. Because I did not book through Hilton, I wasn't able to get any of my preferred higher-floor options and was put on the ground floor, across from the exercise room and one door down from an exit. Makes for a noisy stay. The entry light switch had a slim light at the top that flickered and was too bright for a night light. I kept using sticky notes to try to block the light. The bed squeaked and was uncomfortable. Other than that, the stay was ok."

"The new management has executed a very successful plan designed to make this motel very safe, clean, and welcoming. I was a little leery of the location when I reserved my room because I know downtown Chico, but I saw no indication of transients or undesirable elements. The breakfast was good, the room almost too clean (see explanation), and the staff very helpful. The only downsides were the smell of bleach when entering the room and a TV that I couldn't make work. Since I was able to open the window and air the room out, and I did not ask for help with the TV, I did not deduct a star, but I did let management know about both issues before I left. Most importantly, I would not hesitate to stay there again. When weighing quality with price, it is the best value in town!"

"Honestly it looks nothing like it does online the staff weren't that great my key wasn't working for me to get in my room and the staff thought it was funny when it wasn't their doors dont even lock that great I was afraid it was just me and my kids for my grandma's services my husband couldn't make it I didnt feel safe at all and my kids didnt either I wont be staying there anymore"
