"I could have used a step ladder to get into the bed. They are way too high. The toilets are extremely small and close to the ground with no rails Or supports to help you get off them."

"I don’t recommend this hotel. It’s old, dirty, and very expensive"

"Wonderful experience. This was our third stay at South Pier Inn. We're hopelessly attached to the liftbridge, the lake views and the easy walk over the canel--not to mention the stunning evening-lit skyscape of the city!"

"Clean rooms, awesome view, breakfast was good and staff was friendly"

"Second visit to this property for our stay. We enjoyed it as much as the first time, plenty space to the room and a surprise to see we also had a balcony with our lake view! "Breakfast was really good. Lots of variety"

"Beautiful lake view. Great staff who sent a complimentary bottle of wine for our 50th anniversary. Breakfast options are great. Perfect distance to walk to so many shops and restaurants."

"Breakfast was outstanding! Need better pillows and a heavy blanket!"

"I recommend this property."
