"Clean room nice view but the outdoor pool look like it hasn’t been clean and ran out of body wash since I guess they didn’t refill when they gave us room. When I found out it was too late cause housekeeping wasn’t there."

"The walk path around the hotel was great and had great scenery and very relaxing. Lila at the front desk was excellent and accommodating and Rocio at the restaurant check-in at the hotel was great. The only issues I had was the sink was stopped up which was immediately fixed after informing the front desk, the carpet in the room had some stuff on it from the previous stay. There was a goldfish cracker on the floor by the bed and some other things on the carpet. Then there was a lot of noise, like running, doors slamming, and it was to the point I felt my bed shake a little from the vibration. It would be great if this was an adults-only hotel. The balcony was also great and relaxing and would be much better in the summer. "

"We stayed 2 nights before our cruise to Mexico. Traveled with 94 yr old mother. We were picked up at airport and transported to hotel. On checkout day, my husband and I had planned to walk to the pier across Harbor Ave to board the cruise. The hotel offered to drive the 3 of us and our bags to the dock. We were never SO grateful for a ride across the street. "

"I had reserved a vip king studio that was suppose to have a jetted tub but instead had a a leaky shower that soaked the floor and almost killed me. was told i would get two bottles of water upon check in and did not. Hotel itself is cute in stature but you can tell it is old when you look at the moldy and peeling baseboards as you sit on the toilet. Staff was nice upon great. They did say in the confirmation email that they would offer to upgrade my room for free upon check in due to my vip status but did not unfortunately.. not even my water. Satisfactory stay...parking was easy a little spendy at $40 a night. But it was convenient and you could upgrade to 50 for valet but i have a manuel car so i usually dont deal with the hastles. Pick up only starbucks on the corner was great. "
