"The property was clean. Kitchen had enough utensils and it was spacious. Got what I asked for. They had 2 sachets of dishwashing. It was not very comfortable to use but quantity wise it was enough for me as I was not cooking regularly. But for someone cooking regularly they may need to buy more. Mini shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Enough towels. The only thing I didn’t like was there was no hand wash in the bathroom. I think it would have been helpful if I had known what items I will be provided in terms of cooking(dishwashing liquid) , bathroom utilities( shampoo and other) so I would have been prepared. But overall it was a good experience and I would love to stay there again."

"Pleasant enough stay and the staff were all lovely but the hotel room we had is in desperate need of a proper deep clean. There were stains on every surface in the room including the ceiling. Disappointing as would expect more from an IHG hotel."

"The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful. The only probelm was the curtains didnt close all the way and let a lot of the light in from neighbouring hotel/attractions. There was also very loud noise coming from the resistance next door until 12. mid.ight and some work from possible machinery in the alley down from my window. I was on the 6th floor. I didnt get a great sleep."

"Overall apartment was large. Great views and a great location. But unfortunately in need of some maintenance. Carpet stained, walls need painting, crack in window, mould in showers, water pressure terrible, dishwasher smelled like eggs, glassware dirty with lipstick, plates dirty in draw. Not enough plates to service the amount of people apartment accommodates. "
