"This stay ranks among the worst I have experienced. Checking in at the front desk took a long time. Blood appeared on the bed sheets, and staff declined to replace them because it was late, so I slept without sheets. Every service felt overpriced. "I really like this hotel. It is my go hotel when visiting family in Cali. I appreciate their service, staff and location. A coffee shop recently opened under the hotel and i enjoyed coffee there. Only thing i dislike this time around was that i was charged for coffee pods left in the kitchen without indication i had to pay for them. I suggest they add a note next to the pods so people are aware. Other than that, all was great."

"I had an enjoyable albeit short (3 nights) stay at the San Antonio Hotel Boutique. Unfortunately, I left my phone in the taxi that dropped me off but Fonseco at the front desk was very helpful in trying to locate the driver. Although we were unable to contact him, I have since been in touch with someone who has the phone and am coordinating its return to the US.
