"10/10 Experience at Secrets Tulum! 🌴 Secrets Tulum was easily one of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed at. My girlfriend and I spent four days here, and every single day was amazing — from the service and food to the drinks, entertainment, beach, and overall atmosphere. A huge shoutout to George at the Beach Club. He was incredible and helped us with everything, including setting up our beach bed and making sure we were comfortable. He was extremely kind and attentive. Christian, our waiter/bartender, was absolutely amazing. He brought us drinks, gave us great recommendations, talked with us, and made us feel right at home. I would honestly come back just to see Christian and George again! Another huge shoutout to Johnny, the event coordinator, and his entire team. The foam party was one of the best resort events I’ve ever experienced. Johnny even remembered our names and what we liked the next day. He also organized a volleyball event and did an amazing job bringing everyone together. One of the funniest moments was Johnny remembering my girlfriend’s favorite song, “La Chona,” and playing it during the foam party on her birthday. She absolutely loved it! Definitely participate in the resort events — the foam party, volleyball, bingo night, and everything else were so much fun. We met some amazing people and made great memories. The food and drinks were great, the bartenders were friendly and remembered our names, and the music and pool atmosphere were perfect for relax"

"I’m sad for Tulum the hotel zone it’s like a ghost town a lot of hotel bar restaurants close the prana hotel close the restaurant but still offer the breakfast at near hotel and restaurant El Capitan they offer you 4 breakfast to choose i ended having pancakes but the last one went to have it at other place because I did not like it the beach has a lot o algae the beach it’s dark and smell so bad"

"Super convenient location. Staff was warm and welcoming. Room was lovely. Beds were very comfortable and having a terrace was so relaxing. Love the oversized pillows. Breakfast was simply amazing. The fresh bread and papaya jam was delightful. The menu items were beautiful and delicious. The beetroot hummus avocado toast was like a work of art. Evenings spent in the rooftop pool were a refreshing end of lovely days. For a real treat walk toward town center via Calle Polar the street art is spectacular !"

"The owner of the establishment was very kind and helpful and was attentive to all of our needs. The bathroom had low shower pressure but overall got the job done. The room was small but enough space for me and the other person I was traveling with, the beds were very comfortable and spacious. The AC worked great got very cold at night. The parking is on the street, which is fine. The rooftop of the place was spectacular. The place had three cats that were the most adorable. Overall, I would recommend to stay here. You get easy access to a lot of of the restaurants that are about walking distance. The place really gives you a homey vibe. And the restaurant that’s attached to the building has very good breakfast for a reasonable price perfect for just wanting to get up and get breakfast."

"This hotel is gorgeous! The beach & view were stunning & lots going on in the area. Our room couldn’t have been better. I have stayed all over the world & have never had a friendlier or more accommodating staff. They went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. They even helped us with transportation & outside excursions. Luis at the front desk was especially helpful & always had a smile! The food was great too.. breakfast, dinner, margaritas… everything! I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was here. I just wish we could have stayed longer. "
