"Clean places, but we did not get a kettle to drink hot things, park not problem,in wekend for free, but other days after 19:00 free till 9:00, staff helpful ve cleaning persons do not know english, i advice hotel"

"Buenos días.Estancia con familia (4 personas) fantástico.Habitacion muy grande,limpia,camas cómodas,tiene caja fuerte,mini frigorífico, cafetería, secador, toallas y cosas higiénico.Aparcamiento dentro de finca.Desayuno bueno y rico.Personal muy amable y buenos.Ideal para familias,parejas..... "Tolles Hotel mit wunderbarer Aussicht rundherum in die Weinberge, allerdings nicht auf den Douro. Sehr ruhige Lage mit Anfahrt über schmale, zum Teil sehr steile mit Schotter bedeckte Wege.
Freundliches und engagiertes Personal. Danke auch an das Housekeeping.
Top Service der Bar bis zum Pool. Badetücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Gutes Essen im Restaurant auch noch recht kurzfristig möglich. Super Frühstück. Ich mochte auch die kleinen Infotafeln auf dem Weingut am Wegesrand."

"Fantastic roomy room, Well-Appointed extremely clean. And comfy. I stayed at the Indian Wells room. And we'll definitely repeat. Two highlights of the stay were Joana, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. And Bella (the hotel Frenchie) and her owner. But to a person there was no one who was not perfectly friendly to us the whole time. Truly great experience that I will repeat"
